A: In the final analysis, we at Preston-Patterson are problem solvers. Whatever the problem is, be it a premium cost problem or an accident-prone youthful driver or a beachfront vacation residence, we at Preston-Patterson will work to solve that problem for you. As independent agents we represent many insurance companies.  Whatever the problem is, we offer many different options to solve the problem. We won't just cut you adrift because your circumstances are "outside of our underwriting guidelines".

Q: Tell me about any special services that you provide.

A: The cornerstone of any strong personal insurance portfolio is a complete insurance review. A Preston-Patterson account executive or account manager will meet with you (in person!) to explore all of your personal loss exposures and to establish an architecture for your coverage portfolio. This insurance review is often times supplemented by loss control inspections and preparation of replacement cost valuations for residences. We also recognize that some clients, because of size and complexity, require special attention. We're your agent, your advocate when disaster strikes. We work for you with the insurance company in making sure that your claims are settled promptly and equitably.
